The Executive Coaching I do with women pushes them into their highest achieving self in an intimate and outcome-driven manner that produces visible growth and tangible results. Coaching Process
My approach towards executive coaching follows a straightforward process as follows:
Diagnostic Phase
In this phase, I seek to understand the personal and organizational situation at play from multiple perspectives. During an interview with the coachee, I determine the initial perspective/perceived needs and personality, styles, and/or a 360 assessment.
Kickoff Session
The kick-off session is focused on discussing the diagnostic findings with the coachee, establishing specific coaching goals, and committing to the coaching plan.
Coaching Sessions
Each session has a specific purpose and combines four core elements depending on coachee needs and progress: (1) Coachee reflection, insights, and perceived needs, (2) relevant leadership content, methods, or tools, (3) application and context discussion, (4) summary and action plan.
Coaching Plan
Each coaching session will be one-hour and held monthly
Coaching sessions will be held virtually via Zoom
Coaching will be provided for a specific time frame based on an individual’s needs
