Dr. Princess is a "pit bull in a skirt" who challenges executives and aspiring executives to level-up in thier careers with clarity, confidence and, connection not uncertainty, anxiousness, and an only mindset.

Dr. Princess is also a scholar-practitioner with experience teaching and conducting research in learning technologies, management, and marketing at colleges and universities in the USA, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Whether it is a short or long term engagement, I specialize in providing human-centered solutions to your business and career challenges and opportunities. Because if you don't know people, you don't know business.

The Inspiration of Cullum Business Solutions, LLC

In 2007, I was inspired to build a business focused on supporting people in all facets of their complex and overly-complicated lives.

Cullum Business Solutions (CBS) LLC designed and led free and fee-based health fairs, providing interactive, personal support through a variety of health and wellness products and services.

The reactions were positive and promising, so CBS, LLC expanded in 2008. Our next iteration included marketing consulting, event planning, and more.

Leaders and organizations wanted - needed - more. Our 2009 expansion introduced customized training and development programs for corporations and non-profit organizations of every size.

These experiences have enabled us to adapt, be agile, and push past the status quo through a holistic approach we call the CEO of You® positively impacting Self, Others, and the System!

Dr. Lisa Littlejohn Hill is a licensed psychotherapist managing her own private practice in uptown Charlotte, NC, where she works with a diverse client base on a range of mental and emotional health issues.

In addition, she is a clinical Adjunct Professor at UNC Charlotte in the Department of Counseling where she serves on the advisory board. She also facilitates professional development training for regional companies and organizations.

Dr. Hill currently serves as President of the board of directors for Brave Step, a local non-profit designed to service and strengthen individuals impacted by sexual abuse.
