Cullum, Ph.D. is a leadership and culture executive with more than 20 years of global experience in multiple industries including investment banking and financial services, utilities, healthcare, education, and technology. More specifically, her work experiences include world-class companies such as FORVIS, Center for Creative Leadership, Bank of America, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and Hewlett-Packard.
Princess is a sought-after expert in the areas of Leadership Assessment and Development, Executive Development, Women’s Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
Princess is also a scholar-practitioner with experience teaching and conducting research in learning technologies, management, and marketing at colleges and universities in the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Princess has presented at the Academy of Human Resource Development International Research Conference, International Graduate Student Seminar on Design-Based Research, and other conferences. She is a published author in the International Journal of Business and Management, Online Journal for Workforce Education and Development, and the Association for Educational Communications; Technology TechTrends, and other journals. She is also the author of The Queen of Sheba: The Wisest Women in the World, a children's picture book.
Princess is active in the Charlotte community by serving on various Executive Boards. She is also a member of the South Charlotte Chapter of Jack and Jill, Inc. as well as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Princess is the mother of Samori, Samone, Samaya and an adorable cockapoo named Luca. She has been married to her husband, Lemar, for 29 years.
